Love letter to the buyer: Tell potential buyers your personal "story" of your home. Why did you originally purchase? What you will miss most; ie neighborhood gatherings, area benefits, and details only you can provide that make your home inviting:
We built this home in 2003 on this land because we fell in love with the neighborhood.
We take our boat to Harris Lake frequently in the summer and will miss the closeness of the lake for those leisurely days of drifting and dreaming!
We have a large shop in the back yard for the "big" hobbies with a walk up attic. Hubby will certainly miss having that shop for his car restorations!
