Steve has lived in the Cary/Apex area since 1975 and seen the dramatic changes to the market first hand – from a sleepy little town in the 70’s and 80’s, to what is now a thriving community consistently voted one of the top places to live and raise a family in the United States. Steve is a graduate of Cary High School (1988) and later earned his bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University with a major in economics. Steve is blessed to live with his wife of over 20 years and his three upper-teen aged children in his hometown. Steve enjoys spending time with his family, working in his yard, bass fishing and bow hunting.
